Over the past decades I’ve solved numerous hardware, software and network related issues and assisted businesses by making sure there systems where updated timely, configurations were maintained and, last but not least, reliable backups were made.

I’ve implemented Network Management Systems, in-house and hosted, to monitor the status of services, systems and networks. This allows business to report on the availability of services but also help to get early notifications of potential problems and respond to these before they have a noticeable impact on the business.

Often I support other support organizations as well. Complementing their offering to their customers where they provide first and second level support.

From the center of the Netherlands, I’m based in Veenendaal, I can support anyone in the Netherlands. Of course I can provide remote support as well.
